Saw the light aged 14 when a good friend played me “Steal Your Heart” by Slave. Been collecting ever since, vinyl, CD and now download.

Was raised on Saturday night visits to Dumbo’s (Pink Elephant) in Luton, Caister, Whispers in Harlow, Flicks in Dartford and the Whip and Collar in Hemel.

Blackpool Luxury Soul Weekender is now my “must attend” event. The Crown in Dunstable was my first “real” DJ venue and later co-organised “One Foot In the Groove” nights.

DJ’d anywhere that would let me. Soul, Funk and Jazz will always be my main love but Soulful House has a place in my heart now too.

There’s no better feeling in the world than knowing people are grooving to what you are playing and that remains the aim today, to get everyone “Just Groovin”
