Pulling together the phattest sounds for over 15 years as a House and Garage DJ, I owe my wide ranging musical tastes to a childhood and adolescence listening to everything from Radiohead to Mary J Blige (peppered with a bit of soca courtesy of my Mum!). Impossible to pigeonhole, my shows incorporate other musical styles including D&B, Jazz Funk, Hip Hop, R&B, Afrobeat and much, much more.

I have held regular residencies at clubs across London since the late 90s; being a regular guest DJ on the first internet pirate radio station Interface, and later my own show on Sweet FM.

Alongside DJing I work as a sound / mix engineer, producer, composer and remixer. Formerly the studio manager of SS Productions Studios (London), where the artist list included Dizzee Rascal, Kate Nash, Wiley and Kano. More recently, I set up my own studio base Solarez Sounds, where I work with new and emerging artists, supporting them to get that vital first foothold in the music business.

I have an ear for tracks with big bass lines; my remixes take tracks to the next level. Join me every Tuesday (14:30 – 16:30 GMT) for two hours of big tunes and soulful beats!
